Our African Centered Values are at the core of who and what we are. We strive to incorporate these values everyday to encourage students' social growth and self-concept to help them become the fullest version of themselves.

Gardening/Food Program
Breakfast, lunch and snack program prepared by students, African inspired, utilizing food grown from their garden.

We will have a focus on teaching students how to grow, source and cook whole, nourishing foods. Providing home cooked food with ingredients students have helped to grow and help cook will nourish their physical bodies as well as make real-life connections with academics.

Enrichment Program
We currently offer African drumming as well as capoeira classes. will be looking to offer Swahili lessons, storytelling, visual arts and chess classes soon. Music lessons, French class, dance and golf are anticipated to be added in the future.

Every Wednesday we offer a half-day enrichment program. Students have the opportunity to take additional classes with our community partners on this day. Right now we are offering African drumming, capoeira and visual arts classes. We anticipate offering many more opportunities in the future as our school grows.
